PGD Aparthotel Apartments is a contemporary residential hospitality concept that redefines modern living through a refined blend of functionality, minimalism, and emotional design. Developed in 2024 by SHOVK in collaboration with 19 Būro, the project is located in Bali, Indonesia, and spans approximately 8000 square meters. Designed as part of a larger aparthotel ecosystem, these apartments offer a seamless combination of hotel-level comfort and residential intimacy, introducing a lifestyle where architecture is not just about space but about experience, atmosphere, and everyday comfort. The design language is deeply rooted in Japandi aesthetics, combining the simplicity of Japanese minimalism with the warmth of Scandinavian design, resulting in a calm, balanced, and timeless living environment.

At its core, the project follows the philosophy of “living with intention,” where every detail is carefully considered to eliminate excess and enhance clarity, creating spaces that feel both functional and emotionally fulfilling. The design emphasizes minimalism with warmth, functional elegance, and emotional comfort through simplicity, ensuring that each element contributes to a cohesive and meaningful living experience. Rather than focusing on the quantity of space, the project prioritizes the quality of experience, allowing even compact layouts to feel open, breathable, and luxurious. The Japandi approach plays a central role in achieving this balance, blending clean lines with soft textures and structured layouts with natural warmth to create an environment that feels both refined and welcoming.
